Overview: Join us on the 13th May 2025 in Cardiff for the Management for Managers Part 2 Programme, a focused study day designed to look at the practical application of case management to enhance understanding of key legal issues and industry standards. This interactive session covers single vs joint instruction, recent case law, litigation privilege, and the Rehabilitation Code, offering practical insights and strategies from multiple professional perspectives. Attendees will also explore case manager qualifications, CPD development, and the evolving role of the profession. Laith Ritchie is a 22-year-old AAC and assistive technology user with Quadriplegic Athetoid Cerebral Palsy. Overview: This certified course is suitable for Case Managers, Rehab Professionals, Specialist Care Providers and for others who work in similar roles within the ABI / Spinal Injury Sector to gain essential level 3 training in this important area of work. There would be an expectation from regulators / commissioners that staff who work at this level have attended a full day level 3 training at least once every 3 years.
Overview: This is a 2 day workshop which aims to develop Level 4 knowledge, skills and competencies for safeguarding children and adults at risk so that participants can undertake the roles and responsibilities for taking a lead safeguarding role within their organisation. It will be predominantly aimed at those working in Case Management, Rehabilitation and Specialist Care agencies who work with clients with ABI/Spinal Injuries. This course is aligned to the Bournemouth Competency Framework and the Inter Collegiate Document (both available on request).
