This study day is designed for HR managers, company executives, case managers aspiring to establish their own business, independent case managers, and anyone interested in learning more about employment rights.

Morning Session - 09:30-12:30

  • Company Structure: Compare employing Case Managers directly versus using associates and find the best approach for your business.

  • Employment Law & IR35 Compliance: Understand your obligations under employment law and IR35, and discover best practices.

Meet the presenters

Lynda Goncalves is the Managing Director & Principal HR Manager of Sussex HR Limited and HR 4 Case Management Limited. Working within both the public and private sectors has given Lynda a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and issues. Since commencing her HR company in 2009 her company has provided HR, Recruitment and Payroll support within the care sector and most notably within the Case Management Sector since 2010.

HR 4 Case Management was developed through Lynda’s passion of supporting families within the litigation process, and her view through working within the sector since 2010 that clients need HR, Recruitment and Payroll professionals that understand the litigation, case management, and CQC requirements as well as empathising and understanding the pressures of having a care team in the family home.

Teresa Clark is the founder and alchemist of The Wellness Revolution. A pioneering culture and employee wellbeing company that supports organisations to cultivate cultures of wellbeing that unleash human potential. 

Her wealth of expertise spans over 15+ years of experience working in mental health for the criminal justice system, NHS, charity sector and the corporate world.
